White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm with a sophisticated team of finance attorneys, is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of commercial finance lending experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in secured, lender side, asset based and cash flow deals. Associate will be based in the firm s Philadelphia, PA office. PA bar admission required, with DE, NJ or NY admission a plus.
