Skills: You must have a strong background in one or more of these areas: relationship building, sales, business development, account management, talent recruitment. Importantly, your professional achievements should demonstrate:

  • Ability to quickly learn complex content and apply new knowledge to the navigation and definition of solutions. It's a plus if those solutions are for job seekers and clients;
  • Demonstrated critical thinker, able to seek out and assimilate information into sound judgments and decisions;
  • Demonstrated integrity in and out of the workplace;
  • Experience in technology sales and/or completed computer science or engineering coursework is a plus;
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
