Job Summary:
fJscaler is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist with a wide variety of duties. We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible in handling day-to-day tasks as well as non-routine requests.
The incumbent must be able to work onsite 5 days per week, but hours are flexible. Hours can vary between 20 and 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do in Your Role
- Act as primary contact between fJscaler and our property manager
- Communicate facility related updates and notifications to the fJscaler staff
- Educate new staff on facility protocols and processes
- Setup and maintain utilities and resolve any issues that arise
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Oversee janitorial services
- Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure the safety and security of the office
- Participate on the company s safety committee
- Update receiving log when shipments are received
- Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, booking travel, etc.
- Ship items via FedEx or USPS as needed
- Manage any facility related projects
Required Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring
- Two or more years of experience managing an office of at least 25 employees
- Excellent time management and people skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar
- Familiarity with submitting purchase orders or preparing invoices
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or processing payroll
