The Housekeeper will be responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the community and common spaces to ensure that the property maintains its tidiness. The Housekeeper should also assist the rest of the maintenance team, as requested, in order to efficiently manage the propertys appeal.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Maintain common spaces including daily cleaning of the office, clubroom, restrooms, and model unit
* Clean all vacant apartment units and keep them odorless
* Safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
* Inform management of supply needs
* Responsible for company tools, equipment, safety supplies, and equipment
* Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines
* Perform any additional duties assigned by the Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manage
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* High school education or equivalent may require a C N A or CHHA licensure.
* Related experience or training
* Skilled and safe use of cleaning fluids and equipment
* Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
* Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and drug screen
