Role Overview:

This position seamlessly integrates two facets of our business:

  • Car Sales at EKE Motorsports: You will engage with clients and manage sales transactions, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales at Hyper Exotic Tours: When not actively involved in car sales, you will focus on promoting and selling the unique experiences offered by Hyper Exotic Tours.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in sales (Minimum 5 years experience)
  • Present and sell company services and products to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented (Document all bookings in company calendar, including date and time of booking)


Required Qualifications-


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury, automotive, or high-end service sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Skills in Human Psychology:

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and motivational factors.
  • Ability to apply psychological principles to sales strategies and customer interactions.
  • Training or certification in areas such as emotional intelligence, persuasion techniques, or negotiation.


Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients quickly.
  • Skilled in active listening and empathetic engagement.


Sales Skills:

  • Proficient in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Experienced in consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to utilize CRM software effectively.


Analytical Skills:

  • Capability to interpret sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
