Job Details
The Project Coordinator will work with the Project/Program Managers (PM) to help ensure the assigned projects meet all milestones and deadlines. All assigned work is completed effectively, efficiently, accurately and within budget. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the PMs are able to focus their efforts on the more labor-intensive tasks by taking on responsibility for smaller tasks and deliverables within a project. The Project Coordinator will also track and monitor the day-to-day progress of the project, reporting any risks, issues, or opportunities that may become apparent. This position will report directly to one of the teams PMs and will work in collaboration with the team s Engineering and Technician team.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
Associate degree in business operations/administration or related field.
Proficient with various software including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Projects.
Experience using software to maintain databases and extracting data to prepare reports.
Excellent written, verbal communication, problem solving, and presentation skills.
Excels at multitasking and working under frequent deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
Hands on experience in budgeting, scheduling and reporting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
