Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience litigating preferred
- Workers Comp experience
- Ability to prioritize a high caseload
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment while ensuring details are accurate
- Drafting briefs and other legal documents
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing with great interpersonal skills
