Job Details
Overview: Under general supervision, performs various tasks related to records maintenance, mailroom, and facilities. Some tasks may require physical or manual labor.
Job Duties
- Sorts and distributes mail
- Processes outgoing mail using the DM100 and operates folder / inserter machine
- Maintains records
- Barcode files and boxes for storage vendor (GRM)
- Assists in any clerical duties as needed
- Maintains all LifeCare facilities and furnishing to ensure that they are organized, clean and presentable; keeps company equipment clean and in working condition
- Performs special projects, tasks & mailings
- Upholds performance standards
- Performs all job duties in accordance with deadlines established by management
- Performs all job duties in accordance with departmental standards for accuracy, quality and productivity
Prerequisites for the Job
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Office Services / Mail Room
- Proficiency in oral and written English language communication
- Willingness to work cooperatively with others
- Detail-oriented is a must
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under time constraints
- Previous experience using email, Internet, Windows and Microsoft Office and other applicable computer systems
- Good driving record and personal auto insurance required
- Well organized
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical and mental requirements for Office Services personnel
