Your responsibilities
* Visual quality inspections.
* Place product in boxes with the appropriate count in each box.
* Label products and boxes.
* Tape boxes.
* Lift and carry boxes.
* Monitor equipment operation.
* Assist in training of new employees.
* Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion 5S.
* Follow standardized work instructions.
* Participate in Lean Manufacturing efforts.
* Participate in Kaizen events.
* Cover other positions following appropriate training as needed.
Your background
* High School Diploma/GED and minimum six months or less similar or related work experience.
* Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request parts or supplies verbally or in writing.
* Lean 101.
* Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
