Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Product Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the fulfillment of sales and e-commerce orders.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and website inquiries regarding customer sales.
- Maintain and update the registration database.
- Communicate with clients regarding warranties and expiration dates.
- Identify and coordinate new sales opportunities with current clients and consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years in a sales or IT-related field.
- Strong technical skills to develop programs is preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Suite.
