• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, providing comprehensive nursing care in the operating room.
• Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment, adhering to infection control standards and best practices.
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist in various surgical procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
