Software is developed to solve business challenges. While technology providers have rallied to bring more efficiency to most areas of a business, via software, Accounts Payable (AP) processes have been highly ignored. Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their glut of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck). Yooz has applied the latest in innovative cloud technologies to tackle that age-old challenge and bring maximum financial and process efficiencies to our customer s AP process. Yooz is modern AP built on innovative AI technologies.


Main responsibilities:

  • Market research : Conduct comprehensive market research through interactions with customers, prospects, internal stakeholder interviews and competitive intelligence analysis
  • GTM strategy and business plan: Develop and execute GTM strategies and business plans. This involves market segmentation, definition of user and buyer personas, positioning and differentiation strategies, crafting compelling product messaging to set us apart from competitors, establishing a pricing strategy, defining sales channels and creating a customer acquisition plan.
  • Internal teams enablement and support: Educate and empower various teams (Marketing, SDR, Sales, Tech, Support) by providing them with insights from market and personas research, delivering compelling sales tools, and conducting engaging internal training programs.
  • User feedback provisioning Gather and provide user feedback to enhance product features and design, improve user experience, and influence the product roadmap. This includes structuring collaborative processes for internal and external feedback through focus groups and customer advisory boards.
  • User product adoption and satisfaction: Coordinate and produce relevant user assistance, training, and other product-related materials. Ensure consistency across regions and align with evolving user needs. Manage our Intercom tool for effective communication.
  • Travel to tradeshows

Requirements & Skills:

  • Ability to present/speak confidently in front of large audiences about our solution and industry trends
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS product management and/or product marketing. Ideally experience in marketing a financial/accounting solution with a strong focus on interoperability with other software (ERPs).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English. French is a big plus.
