The Job
As the Global Senior Manager, Sales Engineering you will build and lead a world class Sales Engineering department. You will coach and guide a team of Sales Engineers that play a critical role in bridging the technical aspects of our product in the sales process. This role involves collaboration with Product Engineering, Implementation and other parts of the business to deliver exceptional customer solutions and support the business in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop customized technical solutions to address those needs.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the sales team and the engineering team, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless integration of our products or services into client systems.
  • Participate as a technical advisor and subject matter expert in Client meetings, providing insights and recommendations that align our value to their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance technical expertise
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
  • Partner with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, demo scripts and other materials that help the team share knowledge, create consistency and develop best practices


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales engineering or technical sales roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Depp technical expertise and understanding of relevant technologies, platforms and architectures
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events and support other business meetings
