As a Redfin Customer Service Representative, youll be helping customers navigate our award-winning website and mobile apps and be a part of a team that solves unique and challenging problems in a customer-focused way. You will be in constant contact with our customers via phone, live chat, and email ticketing system.

**The Role**

* You will be helping users with website and app navigation via calls, live chat, and emails.

* You will troubleshoot technical bugs, work with agents and customers to ensure the websites data is correct, and assist with customer account maintenance.

* You will work closely with a small team of Customer Service Representatives and connect with developers regarding technical issues and real estate operations regarding brokerage service needs for customers.

* You will work a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 8 am-5 pm Pacific Time.

* You will likely work from our Seattle HQ two days per week when HQ reopens.

** About You**

* You have 1 + years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support.

* You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

* You are punctual, able to work independently and in a group, and can handle multiple tasks and priorities.

* You are committed to the customer, no matter the issue, and take pride in providing the best service possible.

* You are familiar with or comfortable learning the following systems (Zendesk ticketing and live chat platforms, G-Suite, AWS phone system, and Slack instant message platform).
