We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our General Surgery Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to those undergoing general surgery procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assessing patients and developing individualized care plans- Educating patients on their surgical procedures and post-operative care- Assisting with surgical dressings, wound care, and post-operative care- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes- Documenting patient care and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records- Providing emotional support to patients and their families throughout their surgical journey
Requirements:- Valid RN license in Missouri- BLS and ACLS certification- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
