We're looking for full-time a Maintenance Tech to join our amazing team!
Do you have a knack for problem solving? Do you enjoy hands on work? Do you have a background in the electrical, plumbing, structural and mechanical fields? If you answered "YES!" to those questions, then this may be the job for you!
Skills needed to be successful in this role include:

- Ability to work efficiently while unsupervised.
- Proper use of maintenance equipment - painting tools and equipment, ladders, power tools, electrical tools and equipment, knives and cutters, and other general- use tools.
- Working knowledge, troubleshooting & repair of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing
- Understanding of proper safety requirements.
- Ability to read and comprehend labels, warning, directions, and instructions.
