We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a blend of banking and IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations and processes, coupled with technical skills to support IT systems and applications within the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting leadership for branch operations including payroll, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
- Provide frontline support to customers on banking products and services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with account opening, closing, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to banking systems and applications
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure the security and integrity of banking systems
- Keep abreast of banking regulations and industry trends
- Provide training and support to other bank employees on IT systems and applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in banking operations
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations
- Experience with IT systems and applications, such as banking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
