Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented person to join our team as Regional Sales Manager, responsible for our fast-growing Mobile Security Camera business.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience (resumes will not be considered without this)
  • Residence in the southwestern US.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Regional sales management for Street Smart s Security Camera Trailer business, selling to direct customers and channel partners.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation strategies, including networking, referrals, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Street Smart s security solutions.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed territory sales quotas.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience within the security industry selling to end customer accounts and security integrators
  • Ability to develop and deliver product presentations to large groups and executives
  • Ability to target and engage new accounts based on similarity to existing accounts
  • Willingness to sell engage in a mix of outbound and inbound sales
  • Track record of success in establishing and scaling profitable channel partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills and proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, Google, and Salesforce products
  • Requires the possession of a valid state driver s license
  • Bachelor s degree is preferred; relevant work experience may be a substitute
