Job Description:
The main function of an IT Delivery Manager is to plan, direct and coordinate activities for cross-functional infrastructure hosting platform projects.
Key Responsibilities
* **Infrastructure Hosting Services drive long-term infrastructure strategies within the organization.**
* The Delivery manager will have a strong focus of Life Cycle Management (LCM) of Hosting hardware and software assets
* Drive and ensure delivery of LCM programs across various service towers within Hosting Services.
* Work with Service owners /towers to provide transparency into Hosting services book of work and to assist with prioritizing all work.
* Develop strong working relationships and increase engagement / collaboration with peers to drive technology roadmaps for Infrastructure Hosting Services.
* Ensuring all technical solutions for existing / upcoming audit points is viable with a clear and defined process for deployment. Ensuring all End-of-Life components are highlighted for their technology with a clear roadmap and a LCM plan.
* Manage delivery by technical teams to ensure that delivery expectations are met. Analyze delivery metrics, review with clients and implement tactical, tool and process improvements to enhance delivery performance.
* Lead and coordinate planned Infrastructure maintenance events.
* Work closely with Technology Business Partners (TBP) and Service owners, provide support and aid with the delivery of hosting products and services

**Experience in similar roles within an Investment Banking or Private Banking environment, preferably both.**
Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and ability to own problems through to resolution as well as being able to analyze statistical data
Track record of working within diverse and successful IT teams.
Ability to demonstrate a mature understanding of key Business groups
Excellent documentation and PowerPoint presentation skills (i.e. able to efficiently create a multi-page deck to deliver a key message
Good project and time management skills - Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Influencing the ability to influence technology decisions and represent accordingly.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
