- $15 per hour with Approved Overtime, Competitive Bonus, and Commission Structure.Annual range of 50k-200k

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Conduct thorough research on target industries and markets to identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Embrace a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in Solar/Home Improvment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
