Our fashion client is seeking for a Sales Assistant to join their team in Chatsworth, CA.
This temp to hire opportunity will be on a Monday to Friday schedule.

Pay rate: $24-28.80/HR
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory tracking and management using ABS Software
- Customer PO tracking and approvals, as needed. Manage PO logs for customers.
- Work with order processing and shipping team to track and manage orders, trouble shoot issues
- Pull weekly sales from customer portal for sales team analysis
- Summarizing and publishing excess and closeout availability, creating line sheets for sales team to send to customers
- Preparing materials, samples, and physical spaces for all retailer and internal meetings, ensuring that all recaps and documents are prepared in a timely manner
- Professionally following up with retailers on all open issues and opportunities.
- Managing retailer-based systems, such as NuOrder at Nordstrom, in order to provide excellent service to our accounts, thereby creating strong positive relationships with our customers
- Working with the Production team on additional order needs (i.e., tickets, packing instructions, etc.).
- Working with Customer Service to quickly solve and clear all order complications
- Working with warehouse on all necessary shipping and packing details
- Traveling to stores and/or customers as needed to support the business
- Support VP of Sales with order management, as needed
- Taking on special projects as directed by the President and VP of Sales
