Job Profile:
We are in search of an exceptional Production Support Application Analyst to join our front office team. This role is tailored for a technically adept individual with an in-depth understanding of financial products and market access. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the fast-paced and complex environment of front office support, combining technical prowess with extensive financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for front office market access applications.
- Rapidly diagnose and rectify issues impacting the production environment.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new system requirements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance.
- Document technical issues and maintain a comprehensive log for future reference.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production support within a front office environment, ideally with exposure to market access.
- Strong technical skills and a profound understanding of financial products and the financial market landscape.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical issues.
- Knowledgeable in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management.
- Highly analytical with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Superior communication skills, with an aptitude for collaborating effectively with both IT and business teams.
