We are a full-service, state-of-the-art, pet resort in San Antonio, TX which was created and designed to provide a stress-free, home-like, and fun environment for pets. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you arrive each day doggedly determined to provide quality and efficient customer service to each and every client--both two-legged and four-legged. As the first point of contact for most of our services, you play an essential role in establishing trust with both current and future clients. You are always professional as you take reservations, answer questions, and resolve concerns both in person and over the phone.

As you check animals in for services, you greet clients warmly, listen carefully, and ensure that each pet parent's instructions and needs are addressed. You handle client billing and daily cash reports with attention to detail and accuracy. Since pet care is the core of our operations, you also assist with all aspects of pet care as needed. You thrive in this busy, fast-paced environment where there are always pets and people to interact with, as well as phones to answer.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Customer service skills

* Phone skills

* Computer literacy with ability to use in-house software, Microsoft Office

* Ability to learn and remember information accurately

* Ability to handle animals in a humane and gentle manner at all times

* Passion for people and pets

**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WORK SCHEDULE**

Since stability is important for animals, little or no absenteeism is extremely important. Our front office hours are **7:00 am to 6:00 pm on M-F**, Every other Saturday **8:00 am to 5:00 pm** and **Sunday for scheduled pick-ups from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm)**.
