The Cobblestone Eatery Attendant is responsible for assisting customers at Country Manors Cobblestone Eatery. The Cobblestone Eatery offers beverages, snacks, and meals for the staff, residents, and visitors of Country Manor.
The Eatery Attendant works as an extension of Country Manors culinary department. The Eatery Attendants primary task is ensuring a pleasant guest experience at the Cobblestone Eatery by keeping items fully stocked and offering great customer service.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
* - Ability to provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
* - Ability to work independently
* - Serve food, beverages, and desserts to customers in a timely fashion
* - Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments
* - Replenish foods from the kitchen
* - Minimal food preparation, such as helping put together fresh salads and sandwiches under the direction of culinary staff
* - Safe handling of hot food and beverage items
* - Use of cash register and ability to make change
* - Keep counter and other equipment sanitized, clean dishes and fountain equipment as needed
* - Stock and restock items as necessary
* - Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to regulation
* - Must be able to communicate clearly
* - Must present a neat, professional appearance
* - Qualified candidate will be a mature, responsible, dependable individual who enjoys working with people
* - Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and special events
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, and rotating weekend hours of Saturday and Sundays 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. **We are seeking both full time and a part time.**
