Developer Contract 5 Openings $2,500 reward per hire **About this Role**
The primary responsibility of the Integrations Modernization Developer is to work with IT engineering teams to design and develop enterprise integrations utilizing modern integrations standards, design patterns and practices set forth by Integrations Center for Enablement.
The role will be part of the Integration Modernization team that is working to transition from traditional ESB/SOA/Globalscape/MQ platforms to a centrally managed globally distributed modern integrations architecture promoting decentralized ownership. The developer will adopt integration design patterns, best practices, devops, test driven development to simplify integrations within the organization. In this role, you will:
* Be responsible for designing the micro service architecture, Cloud API development, CI/CD process and tool selection, etc.
* Collaborate effectively across cross functional engineering and project teams to develop solutions in a transforming Agile environment.
* Be responsible for developing API, event streams in the Modern Integrations platform, utilizing best practices, and performing review of teams deliverables.
* **Team up** with the engineering leaders and Enterprise Architecture(EA) to develop design patterns, accelerators, templates, best practices, and KPIs for modern integrations development for faster, simpler, and more efficient integrations in decentralized ownership
* **Support Integrations C4E** enabling engineering teams across IT in building and driving the consumption of assets successfully enabling speed and agility
* Participate in the modern integration transformation to adopt more innovative technologies, including event streaming, cloud-centric architecture, and domain-based API/microservices
* **Partner and work with the infrastructure and security teams** on DevOps, solutions design, centralized logging/monitoring, and transformation efforts to ensure proper scope, resources and costs allocated for needs
* Serve as an evangelist in promoting and adopting self-service APIs, event streams, integrations standards and practices across IT
* Actively participate on technical user groups, task forces, and committees

**The Ideal Candidate**

* 4+ years experience in design and development of Integrations, APIs, and Microservices
* Experience working on REST APIs, Microservices, GraphQL, etc.
* 2+ years of experiencing designing and building microservices/APIs, CI/CD automation in cloud
* Strong experience in designing, coding and unit testing
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on time
* Must demonstrate strong communication and team collaboration skill
* Experience of emerging trends and developments in cloud environments, API/micro services, Springboot, CI/CD, ESB, Event driven and container-based technologies.
* Demonstrated ability in developing a culture that embraces innovation, and challenges existing paradigms.
* Excellent problem solving, issue identification, analytical and technical documentation skills
