**Description**
The Information Technology Support Technician will support and maintain the company's computer systems and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment. This position will provide technical support (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. Supporting IT related initiatives offsite, as needed, from time to time, requiring local travel and reliable, independent transportation to service offsite locations.
**Job Description:**
* Monitor Help Desk/Ticketing System
* Provide technical support to end-users.
* Provide technical support for office equipment.
* Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
* Assist in the onboarding process of new end users.
* Prepare computer equipment for issuance to new hires (OS reload, install applications, etc.).
**Requirements:**
* **Windows and Microsoft product troubleshooting experience is required.**
* **Microsoft Windows Operating System installation experience is required.**
* **Computer troubleshooting and repair experience is required.**
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to perform well as part of a team and independently.
* Ability to work onsite 5 days per week and offsite as required.
* 1-2 years experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
**Nice to have:**
* Active Directory experience.
* Microsoft Exchange administration experience.
* Associate degree in a computer-centered discipline, bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
* CompTIA or Microsoft certifications.
