We are engaged with a Global Manufacturing Leader, located in Holland, MI. Our client is looking for an exceptional Controller to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity, onsite with desired healthcare benefits, 401K, PTO, and more!
Required:
- Establish key financial measures.
- Develop cost and pricing strategies.
- Conduct strategic financial analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors required; MBA, CPA and/or CPA designations preferred.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- US GAAP knowledge.
- Strong Presentation Skills revolving interaction with executives.
- Experience working with revenue exceeding $100M is a Must!
- Fluency in Excel.
- Soft Skills: strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
Compensation: $130-$170K Plus, bonus and profit sharing.
