Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at tangerine cards & gifts. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, maintaining inventory levels, and providing support to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Must be available for opening shifts of 10 am and the closing shift of 6PM
- Experience with Microsoft Office
