Job Summary:

The Apparel Production Manager at Milano Di Rouge is a key leadership
role that combines creative and strategic thinking with strong operational management. This role
requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of fashion production who can guide product development and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise the production process from concept to completion.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure production feasibility and to refine product specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and negotiate costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Analyze production data and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, national and international regulations on manufacturing and labor.
• Lead, train and manage production team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in apparel production, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles and fashion design.
• Proven track record of managing apparel production lines effectively.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
