Responsibilities: Work closely with Buyers Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer s agents Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Work alongside the administrative staff to properly facilitate client timelines to list their property Ensuring all information is provided to staff for full handoff of listing/client management Qualifications: Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Real estate experience is preferred Compensation: $150,000+ at plan yearly
