** Web Technical Support Specialist**

* Manage & implement web and e-commerce projects, deliver according to strategy of selling products online, combined with expertise in profitability and risk assessment.
* To provide 1st/2nd/3rd Level Web/Technical Production Support on external customer facing Web Tools for our Keysight customer base.
* Should act as a Technical and Business consultant for the projects assigned.
* Design, Development, Testing, and general technical Support / maintenance of web applications/portals.
* Work with different businesses, vendors, and internal customers to provide effective and timely support.
* Should be flexible to work 24 x 5 as per job requirements.
* To provide end to end support on customer queries over email/phone.
* Work with deadlines and should meet 100% SLA.
* Focus on timely delivery of roles and responsibilities.
* Co-ordinate and manage end to end delivery.
**Job Qualifications**
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically requires 5+ years relevant experience in web domain. Requires extensive experience and knowledge in job and ability to work independently.
* Have prior experience of integrating a company's existing online systems and tools and drive the evolution of new systems/ecommerce applications.
* Must have hands on experience in managing database systems, preferred to have Database Administration skills in any of the following RDBMS like SQL server, Oracle, MySQL etc.
* Good to have coding/development knowledge of one or more of the server-side technologies [ASP, ASP.Net, JAVA/J2EE, and PHP]. Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery and NodeJS.
* Good to have RPA development/implementation knowledge with either Uipath or Automation Anywhere. Working knowledge of eggplant solution is a plus.
* Should be effective in grasping the process knowledge of projects and end to end business flow.
* Strong understanding of capturing requirements.
* Superior listening, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues.
* Self-motivated; works independently with minimum direction in a distributed team environment.
* Solid systems analysis skills to interpret data sources and deliver reporting IT solutions against a business requirement.
* Quick learner, strong team player, analytical and dedicated.
