Our client has been a leading manufacturer of premium high-purity solvents since 1975. Our client sells high-purity solvents directly to primarily Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech, and Life Science clients and often under the private label of partner distributors like Fisher Scientific.

Job Description:


As a successful Account Manager, you are responsible for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts (and distributors) in your book of business. You will also probe for opportunities to bring more revenue to your key accounts while building strong relationships and trust. The Inside Sales Account Manager is at the center of ensuring successful delivery, exceptional customer service, and driving commercial sales targets and expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • 70% emphasis on account management & creating retention business and 30% emphasis on net new business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge, OEM, account management, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Participate in periodic calls with assigned key accounts, distributors, and strategic distributor partners.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base Salary= $65-75k (based on candidate s experience)
  • Variable Bonus: $20k
  • Projected OTE Year 1: $90k - $100k
  • $5k per quarter commission uncapped at year-end
  • Based on meeting and/or exceeding company goals and individual performance
