Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Architect with a strong focus on retail design to join our innovative team. As an Intermediate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing design concepts for retail projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for retail environments, including stores, boutiques and luxury brands
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications using Revit, and other design software.
  • Conduct site assessments, surveys, and analyses to gather project requirements and assess existing conditions.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to integrate design solutions with structural, MEP, and interior elements.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations to communicate design concepts and progress effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, retail best practices, and building codes to enhance design quality and innovation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on retail projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong design sensibility, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of retail design principles, trends, and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
