Amotec is engaged in a search for a Facilities Supervisor. Located in Glendale, AZ, our client is a leading $10B+ manufacturer experiencing rapid growth! This global organization is recognized for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, and is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team. The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of all industrial services including: Boilers, Chillers, refrigeration, HVAC, and the wastewater system as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of 4 technicians
- Ensure all state, federal, and local compliances are met in all respective departments
- Ensure all projects are meeting established deadlines
- Work directly with production, safety, engineering, and EHS on assigned projects
- Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure full optimization of all assigned departments
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and report projects to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Facilities/Utilities management experience required
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Experience with CMMS programs is required for this role
- Must have previous leadership experience
- RETA Certification is a plus (Ammonia Refrigeration)
- B.S., Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering preferred
- Previous ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus but is not required
