Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Lender at Legacy State Bank located in Loganville, GA. The Real Estate Lender will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and managing real estate loan portfolios. They will work closely with customers to understand their financing needs and provide expert advice on loan options and terms. The Real Estate Lender will also ensure compliance with lending regulations and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and the local community.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate lending principles and practices
- Experience evaluating loan applications and conducting credit analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
