***Only qualified Senior Business Analyst candidates located in the Celebration, FL area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
Must be technical or have experience working with technical teams
Agile experience required (overall process, writing stories, collaborating with others to groom backlog)
Analysis and documentation of processes - assumptions, requirements, functional and non-functional
Task/Vendor management and coordination experience
Experience working in a highly complex environment multiple systems and integrations
Test management experience
Prior experience with data purge policies, security & compliance assessments
Release planning experience
Must be familiar with working on project scoping efforts (including creating requirements, working on gap analysis efforts, documentation, and project road mapping)
SharePoint, Confluence, Jira working knowledge
Ability to handle virtual teams and work with resources in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore)
Experience in workflow diagram creation
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS experience and detailed data mapping a plus
Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Coordinate and generate requirements for new systems and enhancements of current systems
Responsible for delivering system enhancements, 3rd party integrations and a reporting solution, while complying with security standards
Analyze and identify requirements, gaps, and enhancements coordination with business and technical resources
Perform reporting and business rules and data conversion analysis
Coordinate and elicit business requirements for new and upgraded systems
Coordination with in-house and 3rd party developers on custom development or enhancement projects
Facilitate requirements generation meetings when needed
Facilitate agile stand-ups when needed
Manage backlog prioritization along with product owner and business
Coordinate activities related to corporate systems and data compliance projects (e.g. PII, PCI, and GDPR)
Documentation activities, or Test Coordination as needed
Will assist Program Manager with oversight of both business and technical delivery teams
Manage Change Requests
Works with the business to capture and document requirements (both functional and non-functional) using a range of techniques such as workshop facilitation, document analysis, sites visit, use cases, scenario modeling, task and workflow analysis
Assist management of competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
Ability to analyze business processes at the macro level to ensure cohesive product
Ensures business requirements are concise, complete, specific, and unambiguous and that they are aligned to the strategic and tactical goals of the project and the business
Ensures the benefits, impact and release of all changes are tracked and managed and communicated to relevant stakeholders
Shapes the business customer experience through business engagement and stakeholder management activities, including change and support activities
Provides project management support
Assist with application testing ensuring functionality is working as per business requirements
