Job Overview:
Nexus Towers is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as an Appointment Generator, responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our consultants. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a sales environment, and have a passion for technology or real estate, we want to hear from you!
We offer full-time and part-time work, varying weekday work shifts and a hybrid work option after completing 90 days of continuous employment and training.
Duties:
- Job requires high volume of outbound calls, emails and texts to potential clients
- Deliver scripted information to customers in a professional manner
- Track and maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
- Qualify leads and set confirmed appointments for sales staff
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments
- Achieve daily call and appointment goals
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm with all customers
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by Management
Experience:
- At least 2 years of prior inside sales or appointment setting experience, familiarity with a technology or real estate sale a plus
- Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently to effectively market the company's services over the phone
- High energy with a passion for engaging, building rapport and persuading potential clients
- Fluency in English is required
- Education: HS. Diploma or higher
