Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Clinical Nurse Manager - Inpatient Psychiatry at UC Health located in Cincinnati, OH. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the inpatient psychiatry unit. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, manage staffing, ensure quality care delivery, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in psychiatric nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make critical decisions and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of best practices in inpatient psychiatry
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Working knowledge and application of trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented principles.
