Are you an experienced Electronic Repair Technician?
OpSource has partnered with a computer hardware manufacturer located in Liberty, SC.
Pay for the position:
Shifts for the position: - 1 st Shift - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job requirements for the position may include: - Repair failed circuit boards, raining from basic serial Input/Output to complex main processor expansion boards.
- Troubleshoot boards using standard electrical tools such as Oscilloscope and DVM.
- Ensure all applicable ICP standards are maintained during RMA process.
- Provide mentoring and direction to Junior Repair Technicians.
Qualifications for the position: - Prefer a 2 -year technical degree in electronics, but will consider prior relevant experience (5 plus years) in an electronic manufacturing, military, or similar electronics repair environments.
- Must have 5 years of experience in various types of circuit boards from simple Input/Output to complex main processor expansion boards.
- Must have experience in reading schematics.
- Must have excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have training and experience using a multimeter and oscilloscope.
- Must have soldering skills - through hole and surface mount.
