The Morozko ice bath is designed to support a healthy lifestyle and is not a medical device. The company is located in Phoenix, AZ.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Manager at Morozko Forge, LLC in Phoenix, AZ. The Shipping Manager will report to the Operations Engineer and coordinate with the Operations Analyst, sales staff, and Production Crew Chiefs. The Shipping Manager will:
- supervise shipping staff, oversee product inspection, quality inspection, shipping and installation, including international shipment and freight forwarding
- manage shipping vendor relationships
- monitor shipping costs and effect constant improvement in shipping procedures
- document standard operating procedures and train staff
- prepare reports on shipping productivity and effectiveness
- perform other shipping, logistics, and material management tasks as assigned by the Operations Engineer
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of shipping practices, regulations and global import/export requirements
- Shipping & receiving, and packaging skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in supervising, evaluating, hiring/firing staff
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally to supervise remote installations at customer sites
- Capacity for constructive conflict and ability to benefit from critique
- Must have a valid AZ driver s license
- Forklift certification & trailer operation skills is a plus
- Work experience or familiarity with building trades and/or manufacturing is a plus
- Experience with shipping software platforms and brokers is a plus
- Personal experience in cold plunge therapy is a plus,

Compensation & Benefits
The Shipping Manager is a salaried, overtime exempt position expected to pay between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending upon the qualifications of the applicant, plus performance bonuses based on shipping productivity and volumes. The successful applicant can expect:

Morozko does not offer health insurance or other benefits, except the legal minimum paid time off. The Shipping Manager position will be eligible for profit-sharing, if and when Morozko implements such as program.
