**Production Operator****Shift: 7pm - 7am****Pay Rate: $16****Description:****Read and understand scheduling/pick lists for each customer****Must weigh, label, and document all specifications according to customer picklist****Provide each customer pick list for the line team to review****Ensure 100% knowledge of WTB AS-400 data system****Identify all production materials. Packaging materials, core tubes, labels, etc.****Ensure lock-out, tag-out locations and proper procedure****Ensure shift production records for every customer order are completed properly and passed to your supervisor at shift closing****Ensure proper materials are available for incoming shift****Understand production requirements for each customer order, and the importance of maintaining a level of 85-100% efficiency.****Ensure knowledge of quality testing for each customer s requirements****Learn and understand the importance of first grade prime fiber and the revenue impact it has when converted to Regar.****Must provide team communication and organization skills****Maintain a safe and clean work environment****Skills:****quality check, General labor, General production, Inspection, cleaning, Machine operation, Data entry, Computer skills****Top Skills Details:****quality check,General labor,General production,Inspection,cleaning****Additional Skills & Qualifications:****MECHANICAL APTITUDE****computer skills****About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
