We re hiring for Investment Banking Analyst
Location: Delray Beach, FL
Job Type: Onsite
Duration: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Investment Banking Analyst will support our client across a variety of different transactions, with an emphasis on analytical support, research, and marketing.
- Work with Associates and senior leadership to prepare analytical materials covering financial statements, operational performance, and other due diligence-related items.
- Assist in building and maintaining models that accurately depict client transactions and allow the team to properly analyze companies and scenarios.
- Researching comparable companies and transactions to calculate valuations, industry research, market research, and research used to identify appropriate investors, lenders, or buyers for our client's deals.
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
- Conduct industry research and financial analysis to support deal execution and client presentations.
- Prepare detailed financial models including valuation analysis, accretion/dilution analysis, and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Assist in the drafting of marketing materials, pitch presentations, and confidential information memoranda.
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, accounting, and other advisors to facilitate deal execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting clients and transactions.
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other closely related field.
- Experience in financial modeling and experience working within, or adjacent to, the debt capital markets arena.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is highly important.
- Post-hiring, the Analyst will be required to take and pass the Series 79 and Series 63 exams.
