Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent at SPEC Athletic, Inc. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of sports and recreational surfacing and locker projects, throughout the "Western Midwest" region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO). This includes coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, implementing construction safety measures, and managing project budgets. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Commercial Construction, and Quality Control experience
- Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices
- Budgeting and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management is a plus
- Experience in sports surfacing or similar field is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
