- Experience in team management, with a responsibility of overseeing 4-5 team members
- Previous experience with HR data
- Experience of pulling reports from Snowflake for data visualization and dashboard creation
Daily Responsibilities for the BI Developer:
- Lead analysts and developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Power BI best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Power BI solutions.
- Optimize Power BI reports and queries for efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills.
- Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate Power BI solutions into organizational initiatives.
