** Customer Service Representative (Remote)**

**Description**
We are currently in search of a full-time Customer Service Representative for our nation-wide call center in Santa Ana, CA. This position can be100% remote and flexible schedules are available (Call center is open Monday-Sunday.)

**Duties:**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
* Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants.
* Confirm scheduled appointments.
* Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members
* Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center
**Qualifications:**
* Strong customer service/phone presence.
* Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
* Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure.

This is a full-time position and includes:
* Positions start at $14/hr + bonus. (average up to $19/hr)
* Full-time positions include Benefits (Medical+Dental+Vision) and 401k
