We are currently seeking a Relief Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent to join our team! This position is a full-time position of two overnight night audit shifts and two day time shifts per week.

**Scope of this Position:**

* Welcoming, greeting and escorting guests.

* Performing a seamless guest arrival process, collecting and confirming pertinent guest information and addressing all requests in a thoughtful and gracious manner.

* Ensuring an efficient and professional guest departure process, settling final accounts, offering personal assistance on future reservations, and taking immediate ownership of guest concerns.

* Processing and reporting daily transactions and supervising hotel overnight two nights per week.

* Have working knowledge of reservations and yield management procedures - take same day reservations and make accurate future reservations when necessary. Know cancellation and walked guest procedures and be able to perform them if needed.

* Finalize transactions completed during the day. Create and/or print required reports, file or transmit as directed and process credit card transactions.

**Qualified Candidates will possess the following:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum two years of experience within Guest Reception or a similar position required, preferably a luxury hotel setting.

* Excellent guest service skills.

* Ability to build and fosters relationships.

* Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Must be able to perform all duties with little to no supervision.

* Excellent ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.
