Description

Chief Administrative Officer
Responsible for preparation and maintenance of files and record retention, storage
Serve as Operations point of contact to process checks requests, order supplies.
Assists with Operational departmental audits when administrative support is needed.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Partner with finance and Operational leadership to book travel arrangements once approved
Take accurate minutes of meetings.
Serve as backup to receptionist team.
Communications and Marketing
Schedule community outreach events and coordinate internal coverage.
Data entry and donor research.
Support fund development with special projects and fundraising events.
Contact scrubbing for databases i.e. email marketing, donor list, community network list.
Assist with tracking and logging activity and data collection.
Other:
Provide clerical support to department leaders as needed.....Photocopy and/or bind copies as needed.
Maintain computer filing system and assist with manual filing, as needed.
Prepare mailing materials for special events or general communication.
Participates on various Committees for improvements of the agency and moral of team members.
and volunteers to serve seniors during company events.
Attends department and company-wide meetings / seminars as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:
At least 5 years of experience serving as an Administrative Assistant or in a related area.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Requirements:
Demonstrate knowledge of computer skills: MS Office Suite programs, (i.e. Excel,
PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), knowledge of Google docs (preferred)
Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate needs.
Ability to perform duties with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
Attention to detail and excellent customerservice skills.
Must be able to triage technical difficulties and demonstrate problem solving skills.
Ability to adapt and adjust in changing environment.
