High-volume Orange County leader of a very popular and well respected group is looking for a talented Executive Kitchen Manager to lead all culinary operations. This role will continue cultivating growth and success within a well oiled operation, including financial and developmental goals. The ideal candidate will be skilled with systems and pride themselves in the mentorship of large teams.

Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all food is of the highest caliber and meets the organization s top standards of quality and consistency
- Proactively manage and have a firm grasp on costs and budgets
- High-level execution in a bustling environment is key
- Executing proper ordering and inventory
- Effectively managing staff: scheduling, hiring, training
- Encouraging, leading, and mentoring a strong team
- Following and maintaining best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Executive Kitchen Manager Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef of a concept doing at least 10 MIL in revenue OR 1 year experience as a Corporate Chef, Area Chef, Regional Chef or Culinary Director with oversight of volume in excess of 15 MIL
- Multi-unit experience a plus
- Established background in structured environments and standard operating procedures
- Ability to thrive in a consistently high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Expert knowledge and fluent in P&L, managing inventory, and cost controls
- Flexible schedule: weekends and holidays
Compensation / Benefits:
- Base salary of $125-145k
