Role : Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

ABOUT THE POSITION
This manufacturing engineering supervisor establishes and directs a manufacturing engineering team.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Engineering or a similar field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is necessary for creating 3D solid model designs, covering the entire process from concept to fabrication.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is essential to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
A deep understanding of at least one engineering discipline (such as electrical, software, or mechanical) and associated design principles is a must.
Thorough knowledge of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling is required.
Candidates should have expertise in hydraulics and diesel systems, with additional knowledge of control systems and power trains being advantageous.
