Requirements- 2 years of experience as administrative assistant, preferably in human services or healthcare.
- Preferred: AA or Bachelor Degree.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to follow directions and complete tasks as assigned.
- Able to compose appropriate business letters, maintain files, and perform office organizational duties.
- Able to occasionally transport clients and run errands.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, creativity, and flexibility with an ability to adapt to various and fast-paced environments.
- Medical terminology helpful, but not required.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Commitment to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Adherence to privacy and confidentiality of practice (HIPAA)
- Available weekdays
- Valid California driver's license, vehicle insurance, personal transportation (care managers work from home and travel to clients' homes)
Compensacin: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
