Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as administrative assistant, preferably in human services or healthcare.
  • Preferred: AA or Bachelor Degree.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-directed, motivated, and able to follow directions and complete tasks as assigned.
  • Able to compose appropriate business letters, maintain files, and perform office organizational duties.
  • Able to occasionally transport clients and run errands.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, creativity, and flexibility with an ability to adapt to various and fast-paced environments.
  • Medical terminology helpful, but not required.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Adherence to privacy and confidentiality of practice (HIPAA)
  • Available weekdays
  • Valid California driver's license, vehicle insurance, personal transportation (care managers work from home and travel to clients' homes)


Compensacin: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
